AACUL WINTER MEETING REGISTRATION

  More information about conference registration for League Chairs is coming soon. To register your League Chair, email Kim Martin and include the name of your League chair as well as their credit union. If your Chair will be bringing a guest, please note that in your email to Kim. She will complete the registration and send you a confirmation. League Chairs are welcome and encouraged to attend the following events (schedule is tentative):

  12/3 - DEI Tuesday Reception

  12/4 – Lunch, League Chair Meeting with League Presidents (note: afternoon session only), Welcome Reception

  12/5 – All Events, including the AACUL Reception and Dinner

  12/6 – Breakfast

• Guest Registration: Guests are welcome to attend the DEI Tuesday Reception on Dec 3, the Welcome Reception on December 4, the AACUL Reception and Dinner on December 5 and breakfast on December 8.  A registration fee will apply and can be selected during your registration process.

CONFERENCE CANCELLATION INFORMATION
In the event a determination is made that, for safety reasons, we need to cancel the in-person event, a 100% refund will be issued. In all other cases, cancellations will be accepted with a full refund up to seven days in advance of the start of the conference. Notice within seven days will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee.
