SCHEDULE OF EVENTS

For your planning purposes, in general attendees can plan to:
Arrive by 2pm on Tuesday, December 2. Peer sessions start at 2pm on Tuesday
Depart after 5pm on Thursday, December 4. Peer sessions conclude at 3:30 on Thursday afternoon followed by a closing reception from 4pm to 5pm PT.
The General Sessions will take place on the mornings of Wednesday and Thursday.
Peer Sessions will take place on the afternoons of Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. Agendas will be available closer to the event.

League Attendee Registration:

Conference registration for League Chairs is $1,095. To register your League Chair, email the name and credit union name of your chair to our registrar, Kim Martin.
If your Chair will be bringing a guest, please note that in your email to Kim. She will complete the registration and send you a confirmation.
League Chairs are welcome and encouraged to attend the following events:12/2 – Opening Reception and Dinner
12/3 – Opening General Session, League Presidents & League Chairs session, meal functions and networking reception
12/4 – Closing General Session, afternoon session tbd, meal functions and closing reception
Guest Registration: Guests are welcome to attend the reception/dinner on December 2 and the receptions on December 3 and 4.
A registration fee of $325 will apply and can be selected during your attendee registration process.Full Event Schedule coming soon

The room block is now open, and you are encouraged to make your reservation early, as rooms and rates cannot be guaranteed once our block is full. You can also call and make reservations at 877.781.8552 and reference “AACUL Winter Meeting 2025.” The hotel cut-off date is November 3.
The closest airport is Palm Springs International Airport (PSP) which is located approximately 7.3 Miles from the hotel.
CONFERENCE CANCELLATION
In the event a determination is made that, for safety reasons, we need to cancel the in-person event, a 100% refund will be issued. In all other cases, cancellations will be accepted with a full refund up to seven days in advance of the start of the conference. Notice within seven days may be subject to a 25% cancellation fee.
