The hotel cut-off date is November 8. 
The resort is approximately 10 miles/20 minutes from the Miami International Airport (MIA). 

AACUL WINTER MEETING REGISTRATION

• League Attendee Registration:
  Conference registration is $1,095 and can be completed here:  2024 AACUL Winter Conference Registration

• League Chair Registration:
  Conference registration for League Chairs is $1,095. To register your League Chair, email the name and credit union name of your chair to our registrar, Kim Martin. 
  If your Chair will be bringing a guest, please note that in your email to Kim.  She will complete the registration and send you a confirmation. 
  League Chairs are welcome and encouraged to attend the following events:

  • 12/3 – #DEI Tuesday Reception

  • 12/4 – League Presidents & League Chairs session, followed by the afternoon Joint Session, meal functions and networking reception

  • 12/5 – General Session, AACUL Annual Meeting, meal functions and reception/dinner

  • 12/6 – Breakfast

• Guest Registration:  Guests are welcome to attend the receptions on December 3 and December 4, the reception/dinner on December 5 and breakfast on December 6. 
  A registration fee of $325 will apply and can be selected during your attendee registration process.

CONFERENCE CANCELLATION INFORMATION
In the event a determination is made that, for safety reasons, we need to cancel the in-person event, a 100% refund will be issued. In all other cases, cancellations will be accepted with a full refund up to seven days in advance of the start of the conference. Notice within seven days will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee.
